Simon Hooper, he played on to start with, what&#8217;s he done there.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/03\/18\/78527797-12820561-image-a-31_1701628325724.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Referee Simon Hooper was criticised for blowing up when Jack Grealish was through on goal<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/03\/19\/78528355-12820561-image-a-41_1701630352245.jpg\" height=\"425\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Erling Haaland, the player fouled in the incident, was leading the protests to the referee<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/03\/19\/78528361-12820561-image-a-42_1701630378759.jpg\" height=\"444\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Manchester City were searching for a stoppage time winner after a pulsating 3-3 draw<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/03\/19\/78528461-12820561-image-a-50_1701630769139.jpg\" height=\"325\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Haaland took to X (formerly Twitter) to express his frustration with the late decision made<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/12\/03\/18\/78080051-12820561-Mail_Sport_has_launched_a_campaign_to_stop_the_abuse_of_referees-a-40_1701629059978.jpg\" height=\"289\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Mail Sport has launched a campaign to stop the abuse of referees at all levels of the game<\/p>\n<p>Your browser does not support iframes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;He did play the advantage that was real surprise, Haaland gets fouled and he lets that go a bit and then blows there.
