Frankie Dettori opened up to his I\u2019m A Celebrity\u2026 Get Me Out Of Here! camp-mates about the wealth he's amassed from his iconic horse racing career.<\/p>\n
The Italian, 52, is regarded by many as the greatest jockey of all-time and the Milan native has been forthcoming about his career during his stint in the jungle. Dettori spoke about the nerves he faces in races admitting that he's now got a hold on it.<\/p>\n
"I can control it now, I love it. It\u2019s horrible, but it\u2019s great," he said before TV presenter Josie Gibson asked him: "So you get off on the nerves really?" to which Dettori answered: "I do now."<\/p>\n

Moving to England at just 15 years of age, Dettori began riding as an apprentice jockey in 1987. Throughout his 35-year career, he's stacked up an almost insurmountable amount of wins as well as a hefty net worth, having believed to have earned around \u00a3153million across his racing career.<\/p>\n
He faced questions on his earnings from the This Morning presenter who asked: "Who pays you then Franks to ride the horses?" as Dettori revealed that the first four jockeys get paid. He added: "We get \u00a3160 to ride the horse. But if we have a million pound race, I get \u00a3100,000 – I get 10%, around there.<\/p>\n

"You\u2019ve got to win the big races to make a good living. To get the big races you need a good horse. And to get a good horse, you\u2019ve got to work for a big stable, it\u2019s how it works."<\/p>\n
Among all his successes, his most celebrated achievement was his win at Ascot where he became the first jockey to win seven straight races. Opening up about his historic feat, Dettori said: "There were only seven, I won them all. Seven races, I won the lot."<\/p>\n
