Formula One’s 2023 tour of the globe will draw to a close later today when Abu Dhabi hosts the final Grand Prix of the season. It has been a record-breaking year for Red Bull driver Max Verstappen whose near-total dominance has resulted in a staggering 18 victories that have delivered his third straight world championship.

But the Ferraris of Charles LeClerc and Carlos Sainz have shown big improvement recently and will be looking to make a strong finish to an otherwise one-sided campaign. Otherwise, could Lewis Hamilton win his first race for Mercedes in over two years or will Verstappen finish the year with an unprecedented 19th Grand Prix trophy on his mantlepiece?

Express Sport compiles everything you need to know about today’s Formula One finale…

The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix gets underway at 1pm UK time (5pm local time) on Sunday, November 26. Unlike the Las Vegas Grand Prix, this race is being staged at a reasonable time for European viewers.

Abu Dhabi is not exactly renowned for its rain so you will not be surprised to learn that there is very little chance of a shower during this race. As you might expect in the desert, non-stop sunshine is the order of the day with temperatures set to be around the 30 degrees celsius mark.

British F1 fans wanting to watch live coverage of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix will need to tune into Sky Sports. The race will be shown live and in its entirety on the Sky Sports F1 and Sky Sports Main Event channels. Coverage will start at 12pm UK time.

Sky Sports subscribers will be able to live stream the race via the Sky Sports app using a mobile, tablet or computer.
