What is the point?&#8217; One blunt post read, aimed squarely at the result of the three judges.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Equally as scathing was another fan&#8217;s view, who didn&#8217;t hold back on seeing how one of the judges scored the fight.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I think 98 &#8211; 92 Taylor may genuinely be one of the worst scorecards I&#8217;ve ever seen in the sport,&#8217; they said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The displeasure continued to flow across social media and another account called the scores &#8216;scandalous&#8217; and questioned what it does for the sport.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;After an incredible fight, it is such a shame that the scorecards were all over the place.&#8217; Read the post on X.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/26\/00\/78238181-12791463-image-a-184_1700957418799.jpg\" height=\"190\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/26\/00\/78238177-12791463-image-a-185_1700957420816.jpg\" height=\"162\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/26\/00\/78238183-12791463-image-a-183_1700957415489.jpg\" height=\"189\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Fans were not happy with the final scores and took to social media to air their views on it\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;No way you can score that bout 98-92 in favour of Katie Taylor. A scandalous scorecard that does boxing no favours.&#8217;\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The victory was redemption for the 37-year-old, who had lost on her first homecoming earlier this year, and was clearly emotional upon winning back her title.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>She took a lap of honour around the ring after her win and fist pumped the air, before bursting into tears as she addressed the Dublin crowd.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor said: &#8216;Oh my gosh. two weight undisputed champion, that sounds very nice! That was the longest six months of my life waiting. Don&#8217;t ever doubt me. The last fight you saw the worst of me and the best of Chantelle and it was still a close fight. Tonight you saw the real me and nobody can beat me.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Let&#8217;s get the triolgoy at Croke Park!&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>Taylor went on to speak about Cameron, she said:\u00a0&#8216;It takes two to tango. Chantelle is a phenomenal champion and deserves everything she gets.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;She&#8217;s a legend herself.
