Four of those came in their 1-1 draw with Chelsea, where Alex Greenwood was controversially sent off.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/22\/16\/78119531-12780299-image-a-54_1700670993644.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>There has been an increase in bookings for dissent in the WSL this season, with Man City picking up five yellow cards in seven matches<\/p>\n<p>Your browser does not support iframes.<\/p>\n<p>City boss Gareth Taylor was also booked for dissent in the same match. Taylor then criticised the consistency in applying the new rules after his side\u2019s 2-1 defeat by Arsenal, with the manager believing his opposite number Jonas Eidevall should have been booked confronting the fourth official.<\/p>\n<p>Taylor went as far as claiming Eidevall had \u2018bullied\u2019 official Melissa Burgin. \u2018That is always the same with him because he is constantly at the fourth official and I think it is bullying,\u2019 Taylor said after the game.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018I am protecting the fourth official but that&#8217;s not my job.&#8217; Eidevall was not booked and later hit back at Taylor\u2019s comments.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/22\/16\/78119381-12780299-image-a-56_1700671112350.jpg\" height=\"453\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Man City boss Gareth Taylor (pictured) has been booked for dissent this season<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/22\/16\/78119387-12780299-image-a-57_1700671133656.jpg\" height=\"470\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>He also accused Arsenal manager Jonas Eidevall (pictured) of bullying an official<\/p>\n<p>\u2018I was really disappointed with the comments, there is no truth in them,\u2019 Eidevall said.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018The wording that Gareth used afterwards is borderline slander. Either he is not very good with the truth or he is not very good with the language.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018I don\u2019t think his comments are acceptable and I would expect him to reach out with an apology but I\u2019m not sure if that\u2019s going to happen.\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Everton have the second highest number of bookings for dissent with three, while Arsenal and Manchester United have two.
