IAKO<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Premier League chiefs have arrived at a five-star hotel in London this morning for what promises to be a fascinating shareholders meeting.<\/p>\n<p>West Ham vice-chairman Karren Brady and Burnley chairman Alan Pace were both seen entering The Churchill Hyatt Regency Hotel in west London, with a number of contentious issues set to be on the agenda.<\/p>\n<p>The meeting comes just four days after Everton were left stunned at being hit with a 10-point deduction for breaching financial rules.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The significant penalty has seen Sean Dyche&#8217;s men drop into the bottom three, but the Toffees have vowed to appeal the verdict.<\/p>\n<p>Things could get worse for them, though, as Burnley, Leicester and Leeds &#8211; and in a statement released on Friday, they declared they would &#8216;monitor with great interest the decisions made in any other cases concerning the Premier League&#8217;s profit and sustainability rules&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p>This appeared to allude to how Manchester City currently have 115 charges hanging over them from back in February for allegedly breaking financial rules.<\/p>\n<p>Their case remains ongoing, but shareholders from rival clubs are likely to question today if progress is being made in coming to a decision on whether City are guilty of any wrongdoing and what the potential punishment could be.<\/p>\n<p>Another topic of conversation will surround temporarily banning loaning players from clubs who have the same owners.<\/p>\n<p>Newcastle have been linked with potentially trying to loan players from the Saudi Pro League in January to bolster their squad, with Eddie Howe admitting he is an admirer of Al-Hilal&#8217;s Ruben Neves.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/21\/11\/78057233-12774717-image-a-64_1700566360496.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Premier League chiefs are likely to ask for an update on Man City&#8217;s case, as the champions have 115 charges hanging over them for allegedly breaking financial rules<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/11\/21\/11\/78054307-12774717-image-a-62_1700566184849.jpg\" height=\"420\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>A vote is set to be held on temporarily banning loan players from clubs with the same owners.
