He proceeded to throw the ball out to his team-mate, and Corinthians defender Bruno Mendez came flying in with a challenge, missing the ball and taking out his opponent completely.<\/p>\n<p>Initially, Lima brandished a yellow card, while the Corinthians players complained about him denying them a penalty.
