And understandably so. That came over 1m1f in soft ground, so you\u2019d have to think this test will suit him. He is another exciting middle-distance prospect for next season and let\u2019s hope he keeps his unbeaten tag in place, going in over the winter. We also run another once-raced maiden winner in Los Angeles, and he was also dominant when winning over 1m1f on his debut at Tipperary. This Camelot colt obviously has great potential, and a win for either of ours would not surprise me, for all Islandsinthestream and Shiffrin probably set the standard.<\/p>\n<p><span>13:33 &#8211; <\/span><span>Navy Seal<\/span><\/p>\n<p>I haven\u2019t ridden him either in any of his three starts but he won his maiden in good style on heavy at Galway in August and improved again when fourth in the Beresford last time. He is progressing with experience but he will need to come on again to trouble a couple of these. It\u2019s very possible, though. We also have Portland in here and the Dubawi colt actually has pretty similar form claims to Navy Seal going into the race.<\/p>\n<p><span>14:50 &#8211; <\/span><span>The Revenant<\/span><\/p>\n<p>We tend to see him in the QEII at this time of year but he has stayed at home this season and he has an obvious chance in here, though I have seen easier Group 3s, as Tribalist in particular, American Flag and Belbek, are serious form rivals. In fact, it looks like a strong Group 2 on paper. The Revenant won the Ascot race back in 2020 and comes here after a narrow third at Deauville last time, his first run since early summer, so it is fair to assume he will be very competitive here.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/22\/09\/76823091-0-Paul_Nicholls_talks_about_his_horses_at_Newton_Abbot_on_Saturday-a-20_1697964294881.jpg\" height=\"442\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Paul Nicholls talks about his horses at Kempton on Sunday as he backs a big day for Oscars Moonshine<\/p>\n<h2>Paul Nicholls<\/h2>\n<p><span>Kempton\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>14:20 &#8211; Fame And Fun<\/span><\/p>\n<p>He is a decent, fun horse, won twice during a busy campaign last winter and now makes his debut over fences. His schooling at home has been good and it\u2019s encouraging that his half-brother Toubab did quite well over fences for us.<\/p>\n<p><span>15:30 &#8211; Flic Ou Voyou<\/span><\/p>\n<p>He enjoys the better ground you usually get at this time of year, so was one of half a dozen runners I withdrew at Chepstow last Saturday when the going turned very testing. He goes well fresh and despite all the recent rain Kempton are confident the ground will be fine.<\/p>\n<p><span>16:05 &#8211; Rubaud<\/span><\/p>\n<p>He is a lovely chasing prospect, a big, strong type, and progressed throughout last season, winning the Scottish Champion Hurdle on his last start in April. But he is still only five and remains over hurdles for the time being. A tidy run under top weight in this Listed Hurdle would book his place in the line up for the Elite Hurdle at Wincanton on November 11. We will then review whether he stays over hurdles or goes chasing.<\/p>\n<p><span>17:15 &#8211; Oscars Moonshine<\/span><\/p>\n<p>He has had a frustrating time with injuries but steadily came back to form in the Spring and ended up winning at Wincanton in April with the help of cheekpieces and good ground. He got a positive ride from my daughter Olive that day and was then raised 7lbs by the handicapper so it\u2019s handy that Olive can again claim the full 7lbs allowance. Oscars Moonshine should be competitive if ground conditions are suitable.<\/p>\n<p><span><span>Best chance.
