Sergio Perez is absolutely certain that he will be driving for Red Bull next season, despite rumours circulating that he will lose his seat for 2024 if he fails to hold onto his second-place finish in the Drivers’ Championship.

The 33-year-old has endured a miserable season since claiming pole position at the fifth round of the campaign in Miami with that race kickstarting a ten-race winning streak for team-mate Max Verstappen. With five rounds remaining, Perez remains winless since the Azerbaijan Gand Prix.

Heading into the final stages of the 2023 season Perez is now just 30 points clear of Lewis Hamilton in the standings and his performances are showing no signs of immediate improvement.
