Before [the Final in] Budapest, I had promised players I would stay.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;After the game with Spezia at the Stadio Olimpico, I told fans I&#8217;d stay, and here I am now.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>On Saturday, reports emerged that suggested Roma were\u00a0<span>prepared to sack <\/span>Mourinho<span>\u00a0if his side fail to defeat Cagliari last weekend.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Luckily for Mourinho, Roma ran out 4-1 winners thanks to goals from Houssem Aouar, Andrea Belotti and Romelu Lukaku.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>Despite this, the former Chelsea, Man United and Tottenham boss admitted that there is still large portion of the fanbase that are unhappy with his work.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&#8216;There is Anti-Mourinhism too. Especially in Rome, you can find both sides,&#8217; he replied.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Anti-Mourinhism is followed by people who are happy when Roma don&#8217;t win and when Roma have no European success.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/10\/16\/76386977-12615355-image-a-4_1696952734610.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Reports claimed Mourinho would be sacked if his side failed to beat Cagliari on the weekend<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/10\/10\/16\/76386961-12615355-image-a-3_1696952657863.jpg\" height=\"408\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The Roma boss also claimed that a portion of the fanbase indulge in &#8216;anti-Mourinhoism&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;They have fun on the radio and that&#8217;s fine. I&#8217;m saying this because I meet people on the street, in any part of the world, who identify with my way of living life.
