Sancho has been banished from the first-team after his public criticism of the manager after being dropped from the squad for the Premier League meeting with Arsenal earlier this month.<\/p>\n
The former Borussia Dortmund star has reportedly been banned from all the club\u2019s first-team facilities, eating his meals with the club\u2019s academy players and training alone having refused to apologise to ten Hag.<\/p>\n
Sancho\u2019s future at Old Trafford for now looks bleak with no return to the first-team squad in sight. Speaking on Stick to Football, Keane said he would \u2018be ashamed of my life\u2019 to be called out for a lack of effort in training by a manager.<\/p>\n
But the United legend insists there is always a way back, insisting football dressing rooms \u2018move on quickly\u2019 once a player begins to show signs of humility.<\/p>\n
\u2018I don\u2019t think he is training right,\u2019 Keane said of Sancho. \u2018I have no issue with his personality.<\/p>\n
\u2018I am not bothered about that [a player being withdrawn], the one thing we don\u2019t really forgive a player for\u2026 we have all worked with players who have come in, they can be grumpy or whatever, but when they are training, they are training properly.<\/p>\n

\u2018My annoyance with Sancho would be if he is not training properly. Whatever it is about his personality, we all different.\u2019<\/p>\n
He continued: \u2018I\u2019d be embarrassed, I\u2019d be ashamed of my life if the manager ever came up to me, or even spoke through the media because you get over that stuff.<\/p>\n
\u2018People say you can\u2019t say stuff about the players through the media, yes you can, you can send messages out to people.\u2019<\/p>\n
Discussing Sancho\u2019s next move, Keane said: \u2018If you have got questions marks over this player, he is not training properly and he does turn around and show some sort of humility and says maybe I got it wrong, you can move on very quickly.<\/p>\n
\u2018We\u2019ve been in dressing rooms where players have come in and said: \u201cSorry lads I have made a mistake\u201d, it is forgotten about very quickly.<\/p>\n
\u2018Football dressing rooms are a strange dynamic, if a player shows they care and they are human, it\u2019s fine. We move on quickly.\u2019<\/p>\n
