This is the reality of the World Cup when you pay a top 10 team.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/23\/22\/75768507-12553511-image-a-63_1695504270690.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Chile coach Pablo Lemoine doesn&#8217;t think it&#8217;s fair that his team doesn&#8217;t get the opportunities to play rugby&#8217;s top teams in-between tournaments\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Four years ago we were playing against Canada and Brazil but now we\u2019re here. They compete against themselves. It\u2019s terrible for us but that\u2019s the reality.<\/p>\n<p>We haven&#8217;t played that kind of game in the cycle between the World Cups.
