The dust has settled on the transfer window which saw Premier League clubs smash the gross spending record by forking out\u00a0\u00a32.4billion over the summer on new faces.<\/p>\n

The Blues also recouped \u00a3220.1m with Kai Havertz departure to Arsenal for \u00a365m and Mason Mount\u2019s \u00a360m transfer to Manchester United among the significant outgoings.<\/p>\n
Arsenal\u2019s \u00a3105m signing of Declan Rice and Man United\u2019s \u00a372m deal to secure striker Rasmus Hojlund from Atalanta were among the other headline grabbing deals.<\/p>\n
