Arsenal goalkeeper Aaron Ramsdale insists Harry Maguire remains one of England\u2019s best defenders after his own goal in the 3-1 win over Scotland on Tuesday evening.<\/p>\n

The former Manchester United captain has faced calls to be axed from Southgate\u2019s squad due to his lack of playing time at club level, however, Ramsdaleis adamant that he is still one of England\u2019s best options in defence.<\/p>\n
\u2018I can sympathise with him in a way because I\u2019ve been at the other end of the Premier League fighting to stay up, been relegated twice,\u2019 Ramsdale said when asked about Maguire after England\u2019s win.<\/p>\n
