We have just won the treble, so there is no reason for me to leave, other than if I am not playing I will obviously have to think about it. I cannot give it 12 months and say: &#8216;I am not playing so I am going to leave.&#8217; As you have seen with many players at City, it can take quite a while to cement yourself into the team.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>City boss Pep Guardiola has claimed Phillips has to &#8216;convince&#8217; himself and his team-mates he has a future at the club.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Players have to earn my confidence &#8211; all of them, not just Kalvin,&#8217; Guardiola said.<\/p>\n<p>Phillips had been linked with a move away during the summer.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;It depends on the players,&#8217; Guardiola said. &#8216;At the end we&#8217;re here, I try to be honest with the questions and my feelings.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;My feelings sometimes change.
