John Terry has found himself in the middle of a social media feud with Fulham fans after reacting to a post mocking his tears in his final ever appearance in senior football.

Terry spent the vast majority of his time with Chelsea – historic and local rivals to Fulham – winning 17 trophies including a Champions League and five Premier Leagues.

But he has provoked the anger of Cottagers fans on social media after responding to a post on X which directly made fun of the former England captain.

‘One team in London and it will NEVER be Fulham!’

But rather than quash the squabble there and then, Terry’s words inspired a hilarious comeback from Fulham’s own admin.
