David Silva believes only Arsenal are capable of challenging Manchester City for the Premier League title this season.<\/p>\n

Mikel Arteta\u2019s side were City\u2019s closest rivals last season but a poor end to the campaign saw them finish five points behind Pep Guardiola\u2019s men, who went on to complete the treble.<\/p>\n
Manchester United finished third last season but have endured a mixed start, while Newcastle United secured the final Champions League place last term but have begun this campaign with three defeats from their opening four games.<\/p>\n
Arsenal, meanwhile, have registered three wins so far and after strengthening the midfield with the signing of Declan Rice, Silva believes Arteta\u2019s side will run City close again this season.<\/p>\n
