{"id":289487,"date":"2023-09-04T18:34:03","date_gmt":"2023-09-04T18:34:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/tellmysport.com\/?p=289487"},"modified":"2023-09-04T18:34:03","modified_gmt":"2023-09-04T18:34:03","slug":"real-madrid-spell-jude-bellinghams-name-wrong-in-new-500m-stadium","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/tellmysport.com\/soccer\/real-madrid-spell-jude-bellinghams-name-wrong-in-new-500m-stadium\/","title":{"rendered":"Real Madrid spell Jude Bellingham&apos;s name wrong in new \u00a3500m stadium"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Jude Bellingham error is exposed in social media video, with Real Madrid spelling their star man&#8217;s name WRONG in their new \u00a3500m stadium<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bellingham scored the winner for Real Madrid as they beat Getafe 2-1 on Sunday<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><b>His name, however, is spelt with an &#8216;m&#8217; rather than an &#8216;n&#8217; in the changing\u00a0room<\/b><\/li>\n<li><b>Listen to the latest episode of Mail Sport&#8217;s podcast It&#8217;s All Kicking Off<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Real Madrid appear to have spelt new signing and star man Jude Bellingham&#8217;s name wrong in the club&#8217;s home dressing room at their new \u00a3500million stadium.<\/p>\n<p>Los Blancos debuted the Santiago Bernabeu renovations during their 2-1 win over Getafe in LaLiga on Sunday evening, in which Bellingham continued his imperious start to life in Spain with a 95th-minute winner for his side.<\/p>\n<p>The midfielder has taken to his new team like a duck in water, netting five times in Madrid&#8217;s opening four games as they look to regain the LaLiga title after losing out to Barcelona last season.<\/p>\n<p>He was once again the hero of the hour on the grand reopening of the historic ground at the weekend, on hand to poke in the winner after Getafe goalkeeper David Soria had spilled\u00a0Lucas Vazquez&#8217;s shot from distance.<\/p>\n<p>But he may have felt a little less at home when he arrived at his peg in the changing room for the game, with the designers spelling the England man&#8217;s name wrong on the side of his pod.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/04\/18\/75050201-12479597-image-a-12_1693847877468.jpg\" height=\"341\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>Jude Bellingham&#8217;s name has been spelt wrong in the Real Madrid changing room, seen in a video on social media<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/04\/18\/75050079-12479597-image-m-7_1693847468093.jpg\" height=\"423\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The midfielder scored a late winner for Real Madrid as they beat Getafe 2-1 on Sunday evening\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Your browser does not support iframes.<\/p>\n<p>In a video shared on social media, Bellingham can be seen sat at his peg taking in a drink minutes after the full time whistle on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>He is congratulated by team-mates as he recovers from the game, and interviewed by someone behind the camera about the events of the 90 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;I&#8217;ve never heard a stadium so loud in my life,&#8217; the 20-year-old can be seen saying.<\/p>\n<p>When asked if he enjoyed his winner, he puffs his cheeks and shakes his head in disbelief, taking in a drink before replying: &#8216;Unbelievable.&#8217;<\/p>\n<p>&#8216;Stressful, but it couldn&#8217;t have ended better,&#8217; he finished, before shouting &#8216;vamos&#8217; in celebration.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/i.dailymail.co.uk\/1s\/2023\/09\/04\/18\/75050175-12479597-image-m-11_1693847776347.jpg\" height=\"484\" width=\"634\"><\/p>\n<p>The midfielder has made a stellar start to life at his new club, scoring five goals in four games<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps the main takeaway from the video, however, is the background, in which the players&#8217; names can be seen next to their pegs in the changing room.<\/p>\n<p>Bellingham&#8217;s peg, with the midfielder wearing No5 for Real Madrid, is situated between David Alaba&#8217;s (four) and Nacho&#8217;s (six).<\/p>\n<p>His name, however, is spelt wrong.
