Stipe Miocic net worth: How much is the UFC 252 star worth?

Stipe Miocic’s earnings have been steadily increasing over the years. He will now defend his heavyweight title in a trilogy fight against Daniel Cormier at UFC 252.

Miocic lost the belt to Cormier in 2018 before reclaiming it a year later.

He is now aiming to defend his crown for the fourth time, with the defeat to Cormier his only loss in eight fights, dating back to 2014.

That defeat came by way of a first-round knockout and while Miocic admitted it was a good punch, he says it’s not the hardest he’s been hit.

Speaking to Heavy ahead of the UFC 252 clash, the 37-year-old said: “I felt confident in the first fight.

“I felt good. I felt like I was landing punches and doing a lot.

“It’s just that he caught me with a punch I didn’t see.

“It’s the fight game. Anything can happen. He just caught me with a good punch.

“Listen, he hits hard but I’ve been hit way harder.

“It was right on the button, and I didn’t see it.”

Miocic won the rematch in 2019 with a knockout of his own in the fourth round.

He admits he made a slow start in that bout but eventually spotted an opening that allowed him to end the contest.

“I usually don’t start so slow in a fight,” Miocic said.

“It was terrible. I was so mad about that. I started so slow and it took me a while to get moving.

“But in the fourth round, I saw an opening and I had to take it to see what happens.”
