Wayne Rooney is expected to join up with the England squad on Monday ahead of his shock international return.
Rooney will train with the rest of the Three Lions squad as normal ahead of the friendly match against USA at Wembley on November 15.
The Football Association have confirmed England’s all-time leading goalscorer will be included in Gareth Southgate’s squad to face USA.

Rooney, who has scored 53 goals for England, will make a brief cameo towards the end of the Wembley clash in a move designed to commemorate the legendary striker’s international career.
The former Manchester United star, who announced his international retirement 15 months ago, will train as normal with the rest squad before leaving the camp ahead of England’s UEFA Nations League tie against Croatia on November 18.
FA sources insist Rooney’s selection will not impact on the party Southgate would have selected for the USA clash, meaning an extended squad of 24 players is likely to be named.
The FA had planned to confirm Rooney’s one-off return on Tuesday, but were forced to bring forward the announcement after the news was leaked to The Sun on Sunday.
The FA are unhappy they were put in that position on Sunday.
It has also been confirmed the friendly will be called ‘The Wayne Rooney Foundation International’.

Rooney’s foundation will be one of a number of charities who will benefit from he proceeds of the friendly.
On his one-off international return, Rooney said: ‘Playing for England was the greatest honour of my career – so winning my 120th, and final, cap will be a particularly special moment for me.’
Southgate added: ‘Acknowledging the Three Lions legacy has been a major part of our journey with this current group of young players.
‘This tribute to Wayne is a unique opportunity that is befitting of our nation’s record goalscorer.’
Rooney made his debut against Australia in a friendly at Upton Park on February 12, 2003
