Tottenham have today been linked with Brighton boss Graham Potter amid their search for a new manager. Daniel Levy is yet to replace Jose Mourinho, with Ryan Mason filling in for the time being. And Spurs could be set to change tact by going for a younger boss.
The Daily Mail have claimed Tottenham director Steve Hitchen has suggested Potter’s name to Levy.
The Englishman has done a good job at the Amex Stadium, with Brighton primed to remain in the Premier League.
And he’s done so on a tight budget, while also transforming the Seagulls into one of the most eye-catching teams in the top flight.
Now, Potter could be set to take the reigns at Tottenham come the summer.
So Express Sport will now take a look at how Spurs could line up with the 45-year-old, as well as signing players such as Yves Bissouma, Ben White and Lewis Dunk.

Goalkeeper: Hugo Lloris
Tottenham were reportedly ready to sell Hugo Lloris during Mourinho’s time in charge, with the France international experiencing a difficult season.
However, the veteran could be kept by Potter should he take charge.
If Spurs can get Lloris back to his best, they’d be all the better for it.
Top goalkeepers don’t come cheap these days and Tottenham could do with saving their budget for other areas of the squad.
So, therefore, he makes the team.

Defence: Aurier, White, Dunk, Reguilon
Tottenham need new centre-backs this summer.
Toby Alderweireld is no longer the player he was, while Davinson Sanchez remains a weak link in the heart of their defence.
So Potter, should he arrive, could feasibly pursue both Ben White and Lewis Dunk.
The duo have both been big assets for Brighton, impressing at the back despite a difficult season at times.
And they’d offer Tottenham big security at the back, especially with Serge Aurier and Sergio Reguilon either side of them.
Midfield: Ndombele, Bissouma, Lo Celso
Tottenham star Tanguy Ndombele was, at times, a shining light during the Mourinho era.
And Spurs may be able to get even more from the France international if they sign Bissouma from Brighton and allow him to do the dirty work.
This would allow Ndombele to be more of the box-to-box player Tottenham thought they were getting when they signed him back in 2019.
Ahead of the pair would then be Giovani Lo Celso.
Lo Celso has struggled in the No 10 role this season but the appointment of Potter, an attack-minded coach, could help him improve.
Forwards: Lucas, Kane, Son
Potter isn’t an exciting name on paper, with all due respect.
But the fact he’s attack-minded and promising may be enough to keep Harry Kane at the club, despite both Manchester clubs being keen on the England star.
Gareth Bale is still likely to return to Real Madrid, despite his impressive hat-trick against Sheffield United on Sunday.
So, with that the case, Lucas Moura may get more action next season.
A front three consisting of Lucas, Kane and Son Heung-Min certainly has the potential to be sufficient – especially when you consider how good they were during Mauricio Pochettino’s reign.
