Incoming Manchester United owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe will order Erik ten Hag to end his feud with Jadon Sancho.
Ratcliffe is poised to complete a deal that will see him buy 25 per cent of the club for £1.4billion. He will oversee football operations at United. And one of his priorities will be to resolve the future of Sancho, who has been frozen out since having a bust up with Ten Hag.
Ten Hag axed Sancho from his squad for the game at Arsenal in September and said the winger had not been training properly. Sancho took to social media to accused the Dutchman of lying.

The pair have barely spoken since, with Sancho being forced to train alone away from the first team. But Ratcliffe is said to be alarmed at how the bust-up between the two has escalated.
He knows the team are being deprived of a £70m player, while the longer Sancho remains sidelined the more his value plummets. Sancho is expected to leave United in the January transfer window, either permanently or on-loan. But Ratcliffe is worried the on-going stand off is damaging one of the club’s assets.
Man Utd fans, does Jadon Sancho deserve another chance? Give us your thoughts in the comments section below.
He intends meeting Ten Hag to discuss what can be done, and would like the pair to settle their differences. It remains to be seen if Ten Hag is willing to offer Sancho an olive branch.
He was prepared to allow Sancho back into the fold if he apologised and showed some contrition. But Sancho has refused, and Ten Hag believes even if he did say sorry now it has taken so long it would be insincere.

Ten Hag has now moved on from the situation as he tries to turn around United's season, with the Old Trafford outfit now the form side in the top-flight.
United have won four of their last five matches to climb up to within seven points of leaders Manchester City and four points behind Aston Villa in fifth. In the Champions League things haven't looked as promising, sitting bottom of the group with two games remaining after three defeats in four.
