Former Liverpool striker Emile Heskey has tipped the Reds to sign Fabian Ruiz to strengthen their ageing midfield.
The 23-year-old Napoli star hasn't been linked with a move to Liverpool, but Heskey reckons Jurgen Klopp's side would love to have someone like Ruiz in their ranks.
Liverpool have a sensational front three with Roberto Firmino, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane pretty much untouchable.
The Reds' defence also picks itself with Virgil van Dijk, Andy Robertson and Trent Alexander-Arnold three of the first names on Klopp's team-sheet.
Midfield is perhaps the only position Liverpool could strengthen, and Heskey believes Ruiz would be a great addition at Anfield.
"Fabian Ruiz looks like a phenomenal player and Liverpool's midfield is an area that needs strengthening a little bit with it ageing," Heskey told GentingBet.
"A player like that would be good for Liverpool. Someone who can drive from the midfield, someone who can create stuff – he is a player that I'm sure Liverpool would love to have."
