Jurgen Klopp is still interested in signing Adama Traore and wants Liverpool to deliver him the Wolves star.
The Spain international has been strongly linked with an Anfield switch in the past.
Most recently, the transfer window that has just gone was where the winger was heavily reported to be on his way to Merseyside.
However, a move never transpired and Diogo Jota was signed instead.
And the Portugal international has already proved a successful purchase after scoring against Arsenal prior to the international break.
But Klopp is not done yet and still has Traore on his mind ahead of the January transfer window.
According to Mundo Deportivo via Sport Witness, the German manager wants to sign the former Barcelona star, further pressuring the Liverpool board to do so.
However, Wolves have demanded £60m for the 24-year-old – who has also been linked with a switch back to the Nou Camp.
Traore left Barca in 2015 after making just one La Liga appearance.
Aston Villa snapped him up as a teenager but was relegated in his first year in England, signing for Middlesbrough not long after.
Two seasons at the Riverside Stadium followed before he was snapped up by Wolves for £18m.
It took a period of time for the winger to find his feet but, under Nuno Espirito Santo, he has discovered himself.
At his bullying best, Traore is brutally quick and strong – a complete nightmare for defenders.
Last season, he gave the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City hell on the pitch – where Klopp first noticed his unique style of play.
In January, it took a late winner from Roberto Firmino to down Wolves in a match where Traore tore Liverpool apart.
Afterward, Klopp could only admire the Spaniard – who was awarded the man of the match.
He told BBC Sport: “He is unplayable in moments, it’s unbelievable. What a player – it’s not only him but he’s so good.”
