Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is facing a selection headache for Saturday's Premier League clash against Everton after Naby Keita became the latest player to test positive for coronavirus.
The Reds midfielder picked up the virus while on international duty, after Thiago Alcantara and Sadio Mane also returned positive tests recently.
Thiago and Mane have completed their periods of self-isolation and will be available for the Merseyside derby – but will face a race to be fit so may start on the bench.
But that gives Klopp a fair few selection issues, with goalkeeper Alisson Becker still sidelined by a shoulder injury which is expected to keep him out for some time yet.
And after his side's shock 7-2 defeat to Aston Villa in their last game before the international break, the Liverpool boss could make changes against Carlo Ancelotti's Everton, who lead the Premier League with a 100% record.
Adrian is likely to continue in goal despite his horrendous error in gifting Villa their opener last week.
Full-backs Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson are obvious starters, but Joe Gomez was brought off for midfielder Curtis Jones against Villa, with Fabinho moved back into defence alongside Virgil van Dijk.
Ex-Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher has said Gomez could do with a breather after struggling against Villa's hat-trick hero Ollie Watkins, and Klopp could again push Fabinho back to centre-half, with Joel Matip still injured.
Captain Jordan Henderson is set to return against Everton, so looks likely to play in midfield alongside Gini Wijnaldum.

If Thiago is only fit enough to start on the bench, Klopp could lean on the experience of James Milner to give Liverpool's engine room added stability, while Jones could again be an option for later in the game.
The manager could use either Takumi Minamino or Diogo Jota on the left of the attack alongside Roberto Firmino and Mohamed Salah, with Mane poised to make an impact from the bench if needed.
It was Jota who got the nod against Villa while Mane was still isolating, and the summer signing from Wolves could be given another chance to prove he can fit seamlessly into Liverpool's star-studded attack.
