Fulham vs West Ham LIVE: Team news, line-ups and more ahead of Premier League fixture today

Fulham host West Ham in the Premier League

West Ham make the short trip across London to face Fulham at Craven Cottage in the Premier League on Saturday.

Fulham are in the relegation zone, eight points adrift of Burnley and Newcastle, and the Cottagers have not won a league game since November.  Scott Parker’s team are winless in their last 19 Premier League London derbies, with only Crystal Palace having a longer such run in top-flight history. They have also conceded in each of their last 28 league London derbies. Fulham’s campaign doesn’t bode well for their Premier League future, as they have won just two of their 21 matches this season – in league history, 13 of the 15 previous top-flight teams with two or fewer wins after 21 matches were relegated.

Meanwhile, West Ham are experiencing a season to remember and find themselves fifth in the table – just two points behind Premier League champions Liverpool. The Hammers have won five of their last six league games including a 3-1 win at Aston Villa. Loanee Jesse Lingard scored twice on his debut for David Moyes’ side, while in-form midfielder Tomas Soucek netted his eighth league goal of the season. West Ham have won their last away London derby in the league – a 3-2 win against Crystal Palace – which ended a run of six derbies without a win and five losses. Follow all the action live below:

FULL-TIME: NEWCASTLE 3-2 SOUTHAMPTON

That’s it! Newcastle hold on with an admirable defensive effort. They played most of the second half with ten men following Hendrick’s red card, and then with nine men after Schar’s injury. But Southampton, despite a superb Ward-Prowse free kick, could find no way through. A big win for the home side, while the Saints’ struggles continue.
