West Ham United captain Declan Rice is jealous of Chelsea left-back Ben Chilwell following his Instagram caption 'best mate' when snapped alongside teammate Mason Mount.
The pair were pictured together following the Blues Champions League victory over Manchester City on Saturday Evening.
Declan Rice and Mason Mount grew up together at Chelsea and have become inseparable, they are often seen on holiday together and so the 'best mate' caption from Mount has gotten under his skin.
Jack Grealish jokingly commented that Declan Rice is 'not happy' with Chilwell ahead of them joining up with the England set-up for the European Championships.
In his social media post, the Chelsea left-back was pictured in a snapback doing the symbolic peace sign alongside Mount who appeared to be dressed as a golfer.
Jack Grealish replied: "@declanrice just told me he not happy with ur caption."
Rice himself was next to respond questioning Mount's apparent golfer's outfit: "What time mace playing golf ??"
Chelsea captain Cesar Azpilicueta was also quick to draw attention to Mount's choice of clothing when he commented: "switch the light on when you get dressed @MasonMount10."
With Grealish, Mount, Rice and Chilwell all included in Gareth Southgate's 26-man England squad for the Euros, there'll be plenty of time for latter two to battle it out to be Mount's 'best mate'.
The quartet have all been training at Middlesbrough's Rockliffe Park ahead of two warm-up matches against Austria and Romania.
The summer tournament kicks off later this month with England's first fixture on June 13 versus Croatia.
