Cristiano Ronaldo ships £500k fleet of supercars to Lisbon after leaving Man Utd

Cristiano Ronaldo's cars caused havoc on the streets of Lisbon on Friday afternoon – just hours before Ronaldo kicked off for Portugal against South Korea.

The 37-year-old had £500,000 worth of cars delivered to the Portuguese capital after he left Manchester United earlier this month. Ronaldo left the Red Devils by mutual consent after his bombshell interview with Piers Morgan.

The Portuguese megastar was forced to vacate his rented mansion in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. And, as a result, move his fleet of cars – that includes a £150,000 Cadillac Escalade and £300,000 Bentley Flying Spur – to a different location.

One onlooker told The Sun: "The delivery driver tried to unload them with as little fuss as possible, but the lorry blocked the road and that created a bit of a traffic backlog.

“Then the Escalade and the Bentley rolled out of the back and they are very eye-catching.

"They tried to get them into the garage as quickly as possible, but the cars still had British plates so it was pretty easy to work out they belong to Ronaldo. Maybe he wants to get them home while he plots his next move on the football pitch."

One week after the cars were first removed from England, they arrived on the streets of Lisbon.

They were unloaded at an exclusive car valet garage on the outskirts of the Portuguese capital. It's unclear how long the cars will stay at the garage, and even if they will stay in Lisbon with Ronaldo heavily linked to a number of sides across the globe.

Saudi Arabian side Al-Nassr has reportedly agreed to a £173miillion-per-year contract with the 37-year-old.

Hours after Ronaldo's cars had reportedly caused havoc on the streets of Lisbon, he turned out for Portugal as they were stunned by an inspired South Korean side.

The Asian side booked their ticket to the knockout rounds with results going their way in Ghana's clash with Uruguay.
