Chelsea will reportedly reject an approach from Fulham for striker Armando Broja in January.
The Cottagers have identified the 22-year-old as the perfect addition to a roster that has failed to replace the goals of Aleksandar Mitrovic, who left for the Saudi Pro League last summer.
Only Luton, Sheffield United and Burnley have scored fewer than their 13 goals, with strikers Raul Jimenez and Carlos Vinicius finding the net just twice between them.
Broja is fit again after recovering from a serious knee injury and has made six appearances this season, including a start against Fulham where he scored in a 2-0 win.
However, according to The Evening Standard, the Blues are expected to rebuff an approach for the Albania international, who has shown no desire to leave Stamford Bridge.

While Broja was ruled out for the majority of last season, he has come back into the fold for Chelsea during the 2023-24 campaign, notably scoring against Fulham in their 2-0 win
Amid their reluctance to sell the forward, Mauricio Pochettino’s side have been linked with a January move for Napoli striker Victor Osimhen.
Chelsea are reportedly keen to keep Broja around to provide competition for Nicolas Jackson and help the side recover from their dismal start that has left them in 10th in the Premier League after 13 games.
Fulham are also admirers of Serhou Guirassy at Stuttgart but know they face plenty of competition for the in-form 27-year old so are assessing a number of options with Jonas Wind of Wolfsburg also on their radar.
In what could be a busy transfer window for Marco Silva, the club remain in discussions with Fluminense for midfielder Andre as they anticipate a fresh move from Bayern Munich for Joao Palhinha.
