AFC Wimbledon are currently the lowest-ranked team left in the competition, and they sit in seventh in League One.
However, they must beat Mikel Arteta's under-fire Arsenal side if they want a place in the draw.
The Dons are one of two League One teams left in the running, with Sunderland, who are second, joining them in the fourth round.
Sunderland, who will be ball No.10, beat Wigan Athletic 2-0 on Tuesday evening, as the pair sit first and second in the table.
Manchester City are looking to extend their run of Carabao Cup victories to five-in-a-row after they brushed aside Wycombe Wanderers at the Etihad Stadium.
Pep Guardiola's side last lost in the Carabao Cup when the Catalan fielded a young side against United in October 2016.
City will be No.5 in the draw.

The other Premier League sides involved are Brentford, 1, Burnley, 2, Leeds United, 3, Liverpool, 4, and Southampton, 8.
