Brentford players caused a delay in Thomas Frank's post-match interview after the Bees were promoted to the Premier League.
Brentford beat Swansea 2-0 at Wembley in the Championship play-off final on Saturday thanks to goals from Ivan Toney and Emiliano Marcondes.
It is the first time the west London club will play in the Premier League, joining Norwich City and Watford in promotion.
Sky Sports were eager to get hold of the Bees manager for a post-match interview, with Frank saying: “I’m completely empty right now. I don’t know if I can describe it. It’s been such a long journey.
“There’s been ups and downs…”
Though Brentford players didn't let him get any further, arriving on scene and carrying their jubilant manager off.
Frank did eventually return and opened up on the boozy plans for the evening of celebrations and parties.
He added: “This group of players is incredible. Everyone has played a major part in this.
“Somebody said to me that we need two hands and 10 fingers to lift the trophy and we have done it on our 10th attempt.
“The feeling was calm and relaxed and ready to be ruthless. We didn’t talk about last year. We focused on this.
“Right now I want to get drunk and then worry about the Premier League tomorrow!”
This was Brentford's fifth play-off final with the Bees never having been promoted through the system.
Victory, and promotion to England's elite, could be worth about £178m to the club.
