Jack Hetherington on report twice in the first three minutes, but not sin-binned

Fiery Canterbury forward Jack Hetherington has experienced the worst possible return from suspension, catching Penrith forward Moses Leota and Viliame Kikau with high tackles in the opening three minutes of the Bulldogs match against the Panthers

Hetherington is making his comeback from a six-match ban for a high-tackle on Valentine Holmes and can expect to spend more time on the sidelines after his twin shots.

Remarkably given the NRL’s crackdown in recent weeks, Hetherington was not placed on report or sin-binned for either shot.

The former Panther is no stranger to the judiciary and has been fighting a losing battle with his own aggression through his entire NRL career.
