The Super Bowl was again interrupted by a streaker as a fan on the pitch forced a stoppage in the fourth and final quarter between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Kansas City Chiefs at the Raymond James Stadium.

Despite the security breach, many NFL fans on social media loved the incident and joked that it was the highlight of Super Bowl 55.

Inside the arena, with 22,000 inside Tampa Bay’s home stadium, fans also cheered as a man escaped security guards with a spin move before eventually being pounced upon in the end zone.

“The most interesting part of this game: THE STREAKER!!!! #SuperBowl,” said one NFL supporter on Twitter.

Another wrote: “Well they had to have a streaker! Face with tears of joyFace with tears of joyFace with tears of joy They should show the streaker instead of the commercials it is more entertaining!”
