Panthers vs. Steelers: Time, TV channel, how to watch online

The Panthers head to Pittsburgh to take on the Steelers for this week’s “Thursday Night Football” matchup.

The Steelers (5-2-1) had a tough start to the season, complete with locker room drama, but have gained serious momentum. They come into the game off a four-game winning streak, including a big road win last week in Baltimore, and sit at the top of the AFC North. Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger gave Steelers fans a scare during Week 9 against the Ravens when he was helped to the sideline with an apparent injury. The injury proved to be nothing serious and No. 7 quickly re-entered play. The 36-year-old has thrown for 2,560 yards, 16 touchdowns and seven interceptions so far this season.

The Panthers (6-2) also enter the game red hot, piling up 30-plus points in back-to-back games against the Ravens and Buccaneers. They’re second in the league for rush yards, led by running back Christian McCaffrey with 502 yards and quarterback Cam Newton with 342 yards.

This NFC vs. AFC matchup will be a good test for two playoff contenders, a rare watchable matchup on Thursday night.
