Cornerback Eli Apple was sent to the Saints on Tuesday, and ESPN’s Adam Schefter had to play into the Eli Manning drama.
After first accurately reporting the details of the Eli Apple trade, Schefter sent out a vague tweet that definitely had NFL fans fooled.
NFL fans had some words for the ESPN reporter – most were good sports.
