Boxing star Ryan Garcia has backed Logan Paul to beat Floyd Mayweather in their exhibition fight next month.
YouTuber Paul is 0-1 as a professional boxer, but will take a massive step up to face Mayweather who retired in 2017 with a flawless 50-0 star.
Garcia is one of the top prospects in boxing and the interim lightweight world champion, as well as a close friend of Paul and his younger brother Jake, having trained with the pair on multiple occasions.
And he's backing the social media influencer to pull off one of the biggest upsets in the history of combat sports when on June 6 at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami.
In a post on his Instagram story, Garcia shared a clip from his YouTube channel with the caption, "I'm betting on Logan".
In the video titled "I taught Logan Paul How To Knockout Floyd Mayweather", which was viewed 3.2million times, Garcia said "I got to tell you, this man is going to defeat Floyd Mayweather, he's going to be the first one to do it."
Garcia can be seen moving around with Paul in a ring which is set up in the back garden of his £4.6m California mansion and advising the YouTube star on how to defend against a smaller, faster fighter.
And the boxing champ assures Paul that due to his size and strength, it's highly unlikely that Mayweather is going to be able to knock him out with one punch, which should implore him not to be scared of his much more experienced opponent.
"You should think in your mind 'I'm not giving up ground no matter what'," Garcia tells Paul. "Being comfortable in an uncomfortable situation is what you need to work on, because he's going to try and make you uncomfortable."
Paul and Garcia sparred during the recording of the video, but footage was withheld by the YouTube star's team in order to keep their cards close to their chest with regards to strategy.
Paul and Mayweather went face to face for the first time three weeks ago at a press conference, which devolved into chaos when brother Jake instigated a brawl with the boxing legend.
And since, the brothers have upped their security detail due to a threat from Mayweather that he would 'kill' 3-0 professional Jake after their altercation.
Logan has competed in the ring just twice, drawing his amateur debut in August 2018 and losing his pro one in November 2019, both to fellow YouTuber JJ 'KSI' Olatunji.
Meanwhile Mayweather is a legendary pro boxer, with 15 world titles and wins over Manny Pacquiao, Conor McGregor and Saul 'Canelo' Alvarez to his name, as well as winning an Olympic medal in the amateurs.
However, the YouTube star has a significant height and reach advantage, towering half a foot over 5"8', 160 lb Mayweather at 6"2' and 190lbs.
The fight will feature an undercard including a world title rematch between Badou Jack and Jean Pascal, as well as the debut of NFL star Chad 'Ochocino' Johnson.
