Tiger Woods still hasn’t found his best game yet, but he is hanging around.
The 15-time major champion shot a 1-over 72 to move to even par at the U.S. Open at Pebble Beach after the second round.
Woods made just one birdie on his day to go with two bogeys while he sprinkled in 15 pars around a course which was much harder to start the day on Day 2 than it was on Thursday.
Only one player has finished the day better than 3 under as veteran Jim Furyk shot a 4-under 67 to move to 2 under on the tournament.
